The president of Acarological Society of Iran met Dr. Andreas Wohltmann in Ritterhude, Bremen, Germany

 Dr. Alireza Saboori and Mr. Masoud Hakimitabar met Dr. Andreas Wohltmann, one of the most famous acarologist of the world, in Ritterhude, near Bremen,Germany on 19 & 20 April 2011. Dr. Wohltmann kindly invited them to stay at his home.

They talked two days about different of aspect of Acarology, Acarology progress in Iran, rearing methods of terrestrial Parasitengona, their taxonomy, biology, diapause, host-parasite relationship and had two excursions for collecting Clayptostoma and Johnstoniana specimens. Also, They exchanged their additional terrestrial parasitengone specimens.
